If you're looking for cheap bus fares to DC, Philly or Boston, just google "Chinatown NYC buses". There's a number of bus lines, all leaving out of Chinatown in NYC that provide cheap fare to major cities.

Do you mean in NYC? or to NYC? There are lots of buses between DC and NYC for $35 round trip. New Century Travel 202-789-8222
